Gurps Spaceships Unofficial Companion
An unofficial addendum to the GURPS spacehips series 1)
Introduction
Gurps spaceships series of PDFs provide a fairly simple system for making spaceships for science fiction games in the Gurps system. This document is meant to give more options and ideas to builders.
Note that all of these are “house rules” and not official rules, so pick and chose what you want to use in your games.
Parts
This document currently has the following parts:
- System size Discusses using different size subsystems in spacehips
- Modifications Gives new options to current modules.
- New systems gives new modules for use with the construction system.
- Fixes Discusses parts that I found unclear/wrong with my proposed solutions
- Design switches Discusses the typical design switches for some archetypal scifi settings.
- Warships Discussion on the different types of warships based on premises
